Falguni was very skilled as she expertly guided me into a deep meditative state.

She then led me to explore a scene from one of my previous lifetimes. 
I was living among the Native American Navajo tribe. I felt the energy of the place and the people in my vision. I also met my guides and communicated with them.
Falguni explained the symbolism of what I was seeing and I felt very safe and comfortable as she led me through the session. 
At one point I did get nervous as I was about to open a door go into a place where I knew I had to deal with something I was avoiding. She redirected me and I was able to overcome what was holding me back.

We visited 2 or 3 past lives during this session, in one of the lives, I was a man, which was interesting to experience. I found it very enlightening about some of the issues in my life I was dealing with at that time, and it left me with a feeling of peace and calm. In the few days after the session, more insight continued to come through dreams. My dreams became more vivid and easier to remember for several weeks, which was not something I was expecting to happen. Falguni’s soft voice and reassurance and expert attention leading me through the process made it easy to go into a deep meditative-like state for the session. Being in a hypnotic state is not scary, and you do keep your free will, I knew I could have brought myself out of it at any time if I felt I needed to. It is like being deeply relaxed, straddling the border between the conscious and subconscious mind.
